green Yoga
Private one on one Yoga, small group Yoga, and large classes are available. All services are available at home, a suitable location of your choice, indoors or outdoors. The style of Yoga we teach is a combination of various styles and lineages with a strong foundation in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the eightfold path. The word Yoga means “to yoke” or to bring together mind, body and spirit, and this union can be achieved through a variety of Yoga practices including asana, pranayama, meditation, and mantra. Our studio practices Green Yoga. In light of Georg and Brenda Feuerstein’s book, the practice of Green Yoga is to translate the wisdom of 5000 years of yogic teachings into living a sustainable and “green” lifestyle, one in which we not only learn to purify and transform the body, mind and spirit, but one where we take those teachings off the mat and into our environment. They explain that our modern civilization is in dire need of the moral and spiritual wisdom that the heritage of traditional Yoga teaches.

Nutritional Guidance
Our daily diet accounts for about 80% of our physical results and therefore is an integral part of any fitness and wellness program. Moreover, in this over-processed, fast food nation we live in, many of us are unaware of the various ways of eating that are most in line with our bodies and the planet. This guidance and nutritional information, based on a holistic, organic and conscious living approach, can enable you to feel confident in choosing what foods to eat so that you can perform at your best physically, emotionally, and energetically, while being mindful of the impact your dietary choices have on Mother Earth.

All programs are designed based upon each client's health and wellness needs and goals. Program design services are available for private Yoga. Each program is customized and complete in targeting the physical components of cardiovascular, resistance and flexibility exercise, providing nutritional guidance, and through satisfying mind, body and spirit.

Information on fitness, nutrition, living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, Yoga, holistic wellness, and how to increase employee longevity is available in an interactive or seminar style format to suit the needs of your individual audience.
